Power draws power to itself. That’s how we know that the U.N. will never become a world government—it doesn’t have enough power to increase its power. This consideration suggests my latest plan to become king of the world. All I need is the authority to decree changes to Coordinated Universal Time, and, of course, global police to enforce my decisions. Time will do the rest, and I will decree that it is a short time.
