Suggested by a news report, which I find a little uncertain because it comes from only one source, that France “approved a law that criminalizes the filming or broadcasting of acts of violence by people other than professional journalists.” You can also take it as being about “Scooter” Libby, who was just convicted of lying and obstruction of justice. Apparently his obstruction was successful.
