“Speak” and “utter” are synonyms. “Unspeakable” and “unutterable” are both synonyms and antonyms. I conclude that “unable” must be an outfix, or exfix, which prevents unmentionables from being unquestionable and unthinkables from being unpronounceable, let alone unrepeatable.
