5 July 2007 - we don’t know

Have you ever caught a fresh, clean smell and suddenly started to wonder whether you’d been brainwashed? I haven’t; I suspect that brains are too knotted up to ever come clean. But on the other hand, if there are infinity things that we know, then they are that we don’t know, and that we don’t know what we don’t know, and so on. And it is human nature that when we don’t realize what we don’t know, we believe we are Einstein (or sometimes Picasso). That is how I can say with utmost confidence that my opinion is right and your ideas about ignorance are totally confused.
