My city is becoming infested with video billboards. Old-fashioned billboards tile the roadsides like a Byzantine mosaic and no longer stand out; advertisers have to try harder. So here’s my question for Bostonians: Do you have video billboards too? Or are they impossible because the bomb squad carries out controlled explosions?
